Stephens-Marquis Associates, Inc. has been your trusted partner in the petroleum industry for over 30 years. We have recently changed our name to Marquis Contracting Group. We will continue to be one of the industry leaders for General Contractor/Construction Management services in New England. We specialize in construction of stand alone retail outlets, gas stations, convenience stores, car washes and quick serve restaurants.

SMA has owner involvement in every project.  Our core services include Construction Management/Design Build, Facility Maintenance, Carpentry and Electrical Services.
